Rory's Recommendation - Prairie Star is a fairly disease resistant and upward growing variety. It has low vigor and spotty cluster set. The fruit is capable of reaching 20-22° brix with fairly low acidity for a white variety. Wine from Prairie Star is usually neutral, it is best used as a blender to add body and decrease acid in wine making. I don't recommend planting it in large numbers until you see how it does on your site.
